It is totally mismanaged, the sheets are dirty and through they boast of airport pickup drop they cannot provide a car on time. There was no dining place . Although the rooms were booked well in advance they were not ready and the keys were lost!. We had to wait for hours to get the keys replaced.. The toilets were... More

Don't be swayed by the unsavory alley entrance- the hotel is actually pretty nice and the staff was great. We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed, a/c, tv, and large bathroom. The free breakfast was good, and they have 24 hour room service as well. We also had free airport pick up with no strings... Best Of luck.

Definitely not worth the price on Expedia. Beds are not clean (hair on the beds, VERY dusty blankets, etc), rooms are very bare and dirty. Though we didn't stay at this hotel we stayed at the Runway which is their sister hotel and feel travellers need to be aware of a scam going on within this group We are having an ongoing nightmare. it was terrible stay. i asked pick up service beforehand but driver wasn't there. so i had to call them and wait for 1 hour 2am. their room was very different what i saw on their website, very dirty and old. sheets wasn't clean and i found some hair on my pirrow. i didn't get wifi in my room but...
