I booked a reservation and had to cancel one of my days which I did within the 48 hour window. Once on property, they tried to tell me it was a 3 day window due to the season. I read them their policy and they reluctantly agreed. Once I got home, I discovered they still charged me for both days... More

“Small but comfortable”

A really nice room with a well appointed bathroom. The room was small however this was perfect for my one nights stay. Staff were not overly friendly but they did their job.

Hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel, the manager and the staff attended to all my needs in a fast and efficient manner . This was our favourite accommodation from our whole tour. The rooms are lovely and modern, clean and spacious... there are even plasma TVs in the rooms (not that you're in India to watch TV). Whilst travelling in India, this was one of the best hotels we came across, one in which provided a friendly service and made you feel welcome. I found out about Hotel Sunstar from a friend of a friend and now this friend of a friend is a good friend. Its a deluxe budgeted hotel as they say on the website and I would personaly would like to add is "Value for Money". The best part of my stay beside the location which has everything hands on,... I checked in Hotel Sunstar Heights by default. Through a friend's word of mouth. Was pleasantly surprised to see & feel the warmth, care, comfort and involvement of the people and the infrastructure. A homely comfort which stays for ever. A location which is great. Keep up the 'good show' !
