Stayed here at the beginning and end of a group tour. Both rooms were OK and we needed a place just for the 1 night so we were fine. Hotel is just a short walk to the Karol Bagh street shopping area. You could take the metro from there and head to city center area-Connaught Place.

The hotel room was given to us as part of the corporation bank holiday home package. Staff was very polite and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast served is of good quality and delicious. The rooms and toilet was also very clean and well maintained.

I stayed here for two days while on a court case at Karkardooma Court. Typical of Karolbagh hotel, soperficial decorations, breakfast, etc left lot of scope for improvement. Staff was polite and good. Sleep was ok. did not feel like continuing for the third day. May not return to this hotel.
