“An absolutely lovely hotel - if a bit odd!”

We struggled a bit to work this place out. It seems they are mid-converting an old colonial property into a hotel. Given how expensive Delhi is now, 4 Tolstoy is a great value for money option. It will be even better when Connaught Place and Circus return to something like normal, scarcely worth visiting currently. A hidden bed and breakfast in an old colonial house off the beaten path of Connaught Place.
