We stayed in Mr. Jaggi;s Gk1 2 bedroom ground floor apartment and loved it. It is very close to M block markets and most local restaurants and supermarkets delivered to our door. We stayed at Mr. Jaggi's GK1 flat for 3 weeks in January 12. We had a very comfortable stay at the service apt. His team is very customer oriented and were available for any issues.
