We had booked 3 delux rooms at krishna palace udaipur from 5-11-2011. The owner offered to give room @ Rs.950 per room per night with complimentary break fast. When we entered the room, in one of the room soon after switching on A/C rat came out and stones, all sorts of mucks came in side the room through A/C. The bedding was dirty. When complained to manager there was poor response. When we checked out on 7-11-11 the owner first demanded Rs. 1350 per room per night. When reminded him about the aggreed tarriff, after much pursuation he relented. But he demanded charges of breakfast. Eventually we paid the same. Thus we were cheated by this hotel.
