Positive point : staff has been very friendly. We had lots of luggage, they delivered it to the rooms very efficently. Then the rooms are OK (still definitly needs some fresh painting on the wall). Sheets are worn out but looks like they were clean. Basically from previous critics I was expecting something so bad that actually I found it... More

We were booked into this Hotel as a final night of a weeks tour. NEVER AGAIN. It was filthy and freezing cold. When we asked for additional bedding we were given a cover that must have been used for a dog to sleep on: dusty and smelly. At 2.00am a member of staff opened our door and tried to come... More

First of all, the location of this hotel is so bad that you will start regretting the moment you checked in; secondly there is no concept of privacy as they have key to open any room even if guest is checked (I was sleeping and then suddenly realized that someone trying to get in)...They say wireless net is available but... ...unless you've been to some average Indian hotels. Dirty walls, broken tiles, dripped brown stains on the walls, and penciled numbers for what can only be sexual services. Mothballs under the mattresses. The staff is sweet and tries to help but most people would run screaming from this place. Kingfisher, in its infinite cheapness, dumps people whom it strands into... This is one of the most terrible hotels in Delhi. We had no choice as we were booked in this Hotel by Kingfisher Airlines due to misconnection. I must say I was scared to stay in this hotel. Now I am aware of the electricity problem in the capital during summer's but the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. We... More

I booked a single room through Makemytrip which offered an special discount and the amount payed was worth it. Though the area is not as good but still the rooms are good and well maintained. The hotel is very calm and elegant. it is a good option who are visiting Delhi for transit.

I was put in this hotel by Jet Airways when there was a misconnect at the Delhi Airport. The staff are friendly, but the hotel is filled with mothballs to kill the stench of mold in each room. There is only room service and nothing nearby. I needed an ATM and the hotel had to have one of the bell-captains... More

Due to fog our connecting flight through Delhi was cancelled and we were provided with a night at Modesty Om Palace - it was horrible with building work next door happening right outside our window. Damp and sparse, we checked out and went into Delhi.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Granted it was an overnighter for the airport but...It was so dirty I wouldnt get undressed. The sheets were frayed at the bottom, the bath was cracked and dirty. The indoor restaurant didnt exist. The outdoor 'terrace' restaurant consisted of some dirty dusty chairs on a terrace that hadnt been used in the... More
