Stayed here in 2009 so late on the review but it was the cleanest place we stayed on our limited budget. It had just been renovated at the time so hopefully is still good. Right in the main bazaar so a noisy place but hey that's India for you!

after visiting 7 different hotels in the area this one the best one price/cleanness wise. staff are courteous and frendly. room decoration is fantastic. in total we stayed there for 3 nights. i would definitely stay there again
Our experience in this hotel was simply horrible ! We had booked a room by phone because we arrived at night with the train from Jhansi. They had kept a room for us, but an expensive one with AC, whereas we had said we wanted a cheap room with only a fan (and the owner had said he had one)...
