Mainly the staffs are not co-operative. Fraud. We have confirmed our booking through ClearTrip but after reaching the Hotel they informed us that there have no room for us & sent us an another hotel. After some refreshment again a staff inform us that we have to check out this room & agan back to Hotel Arti Palace. Huge harrashment... More

“Good value for money.”

This hotel is simple but the quality of service they offer at that cost is really good. I stayed for just 1 day in Jan 2010 and it was a great stay for me. Its only half kilometer from new delhi railway station which is another plus point with this hotel.

The rooms were terrible, electric power was not available after much fiddling here and there the power came on. The tube lights were not working. The stairs were steep, unclean and debris were strewn here and there. The rooms paints were coming off. For a price of 800 per night this was totally unacceptable. I decided not to stay in... More

Hotel Arti Palace is close to New Delhi Railway station in the PaharGunj area. Pahargunj area is full of hotels and one can easily find a better deal than this.However, travellers who dont wish to spend much time in the room, this is value to money.Being centrally located with Cannaught Palace around, this place works out well for the money...
