This is a lovely hotel! the rooms are amazing and we had a great view from the hill overlooking the beautiful scenery of Kandy. Staff were nice and friendly although a bit haphazard at breakfast time. No big deal really as it was busy. The pool is lovely with a nice view again. A lovely relaxing experience altogether.

Bottom Line: I do not fit the target demographic and the people in the restaurant made it amply clear -- very very disappointing. The horrendous experience was entirely avoidable.
