During our tour of Sri Lanka my Wife & I stayed one night, 1 May 2012 at the Earl’s Regency Hotel, Kandy. We thought it was very Good in every respect. The staff attentive, polite, efficient and helpful. I will certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking for atmosphere, decor, location, service and comfort.

We stayed for 1 night in this hotel. The check in took long time as the rooms given was very far from lobby. Had to walk a long distance to reach our rooms and coming back for dinner to the restaurant is also hectic. Nothing specific to mention about this hotel.

Recently stayed at the Earls Regency and was not happy. After a long trip we were taken to our room, it had a very musty smell and I don't think this room had been used recently. We stayed here after leaving another hotel in handy as it was poor, this hotel was better. Its no five star by european standards but the rooms were big, we did have the presidential suite! cool! Absolutely massive and relatively cheap. The food was also pretty good here. stay for one night cool.
