we stayed at Theva a few weeks back and really had such an amazing stay - the staff were friendly, the views over Kandy were amazing and the food was perfect - would def. recommend this as a great place to be based next time you visit Kandy.

I loved the view from the hotel. its amazing. Rooms were basic and its ok.The friendly staff willing to provide any information you need, the most i like was the view.

This nice small place offers a fanatastic view of Kandy as it is located a couply of kms outside high on a hill overlooking the city. They offer excellent food and the staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and always there for you. We got the suite with a jacuzzi and gorgeous panoramic views of Kandy town. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was "broken"; seemed like the water wouldn't come out of the showerhead. Wonderful food, accommodating staff, beautiful room and breathtaking view.
