The hotel was recently renovated and I got an extremely good deal for my room. I found the staff to be helpful and the room to be very clean. The view from the 10th floor was amazing. The only shortcomings were the choice of the shower glass (only to the half ofthe tub) and the lack of a garbage can...

I stayed in Piatra Neamț this month and was very nice surprised by Central Plaza Hotel. The rooms are very well designed and the food is great. Loved the free internet.
I stayed in this hotel a few days ago and I was really impressed. Very good value for money. The free wireless internet was a nice touch. The lobby acts as a gallery where you can see a lot of paintings from local artists. Surely will come back.
