stayed two separate occasions when passing through. no put up beds for children as advertised so slept three in a double bed. on way through staff were friendly and amenable but on second visit big man who appeared to be in charge was rude and surly; and it was apparently not possible to buy wine by the glass whereas it... Originally located through the main travel websites, but not able to link to their booking online, we went to the hotel's own website, called and booked on the phone. Just get a confirmation number or call back to confirm your booking again for phone bookings. We had a glitch, but it worked out when we got there fortunately. The hotel... More
