Basic recommandation with friendly staff. Free tea all day, storing our luggage when we went to MP. The place was a bit cold and humid, but OK hotel with good breakfast.

Clean and friendly place to stay. They serve breakfast early in the morning and prepare sandwiches to take out. The place is right next to the river and you could hear it when you go to bed and when you wake up. There is free access to Inet, which is great. Room was spacey and clean.

My wife and I and another couple spent one night at the Terrazas del Inca last week after spending a day in Machu Picchu. Our rooms were large and comfortable. Solidad was extremely hospitable, answered all our questions and made us feel at home.

We stayed at this small Boutique Hotel in March. Definitely rainy season at Macchu Pichu, but the staff of this lovely establishment went out of their way to dispel the clouds! they picked us up at the train station, walked us back to the hotel, with umbrellas! They sat us down with hot tea and went over all our arrangements...

we were really nervous about staying here b/c we booked it through a hostel website but it was amazing. The staff is really helpful and friendly, our room was spotlessly clean and the shower (which trust me, after a hike up to MP and hiking huayna picchu you want a good shower) was amazing. if we ever go back to...

Compared to the hostels we stayed at elsewhere in Peru, this (more expensive) place was very nice-looking. The room was overly scented - ugh.
The staff provided wake-up call and breakfast at 4:30am so everyone could get to Machu Picchu early. They stored our luggage of course, so we had to hike back up the hill after our long morning...

Staff was friendly and as promised they came and picked us up at the train station to guide us through the village for the 5min walk uphill.
The hotel is situated just by the river which can be quite noisy depending on the season. Windows have no real isolation so it was very humid in our room,
Room was clean,...

We arrived with 7 people for two nights for our Machu Picchu stay. This is a nice family owned and operated B & B. Soledad met us at the train station with our name on a sign and walked us to the hotel. She was fantastic, as was all the staff at Terrazas del Inca. If we needed anything she...

We didn't stay here, but we went over each evening to the bar to have pisco sours. They were superb. Sat in a small room with fireplace just by ourselves. Drinks were accompanied with tasty chips. Friendly staff built fire for us both nights. Also had lunch here on our way out. Excellent!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in mid-March. We were met when we got off the train by one of the staff who walked us to the hotel. We easily could have found it ourselves but the attention was appreciated. It's a 5 minute walk tops.
When we were shown to our room I was glad that...
