We stayed there only for one night while going to matchu pitcchu. The hotel is really clean and the staff is helpful. The room is really big and has a Mini-bar the bed is really comfortable. This hotel is by no means terrible but I think because it was booked through a tour company and the town of Aguas Calientes is so charming that my expectations were higher.
