Villa Zagora is a great B&B in Zagora. The garden and small nice pool is very pleasant and cool to stay with children. The staff is very helpfull and childfriendly, they have a very nice white wine (important during ramadan in the desert!) and the food was excellent. This B&B is highly recommandable as a starting point to the desert.

We stayed 2 nights here and it was wonderful. The service could not have been better - they were very helpful and friendly. They even arranged for a great driver - Mustafa from Sahara Adventures - with a 4x4 to bring us to and from Marrakech and visit the desert. We had dinner there both nights and it was delicious!... We loved Zagora and this house! We found the "city" very welcoming and the villa very cosy. This house is situed in the middle of the "Palmeraie", in a very magic and special garden. It's a big traditional house, with very nice furniture. The place is really quite, with a nice swimming pool under the palms and a lot of... More

We spent two days at Villa Zagora to take a break on the long route from Marrakech to M'Hamid (desert). This was the perfect place for this: the hotel is calm, host are friendly, food is good and they do have wine. You will find a lot of books and magazines; there is also a nice trail up to the... This is a haven of peace and tranquility in which to relax if you are on route to the desert. Everything about it, from the gardens and welcome on arrival through to the rooms and food and the friendly but unobtrusive staff and service, has a touch of class about it. We only stayed one night but all wished we... More

We stayed at Villa Zagora, a very friendly, delightful Moroccan house set in the green peace of the palm grove, under the peak of Mount Zagora, a fine mix of old and modern. The owner, Michèle has restored this traditional desert house with her own artistic skill and taste. It has a relaxed and homely atmosphere with plenty of sofa's... More
