I was disappointed that the weather when we were here was not warm enough to use the pool, as the pool and pool-side area.
The rooms (and beds) were small, but clean. My biggest complaint was the showers. The shower is very narrow, with low water pressure, and the shower curtain tends to wrap round you when showering.

Very nice hotel. Dinner tables around the pool at night. Very nice ambiance. We loved it.
I'm glad I didn't read the TripAdvisor reviews before going to this hotel because they would have swayed me, and I loved this place!
The hotel is surrounded by a high wall which protects the garden and pool area during a sandstorm - we arrived late afternoon during a hot Zagora sandstorm.
We did not have a reservation but managed...

The entrance to the hotel is just stunning - tucked behind walls (typical of Morocco) is a stunning garden leading through to a beautiful pool area. Dotted around, and in the building itself are numerous lounging areas - a real sense of luxury.
The rooms don't live up to that but they are passable. The restaurant mirrors the grandeur of...

I stayed at this hotel prior to going on a camel trek which was also organised by the hotel. The camel trek was a great experience which I would definitely want to repeat for a longer period of time.
The hotel itself though was a bit disappointing. As previous reviews also say, in winter it is very cold there and...

Upon arriving we were advised by hotel staff to take a tour around the town, guided by a friendly local. An hour later we found ourselves deep inside a kasbah, in a shop. With the sun down and no idea how to get back to the hotel we were obliged to buy expensive silver jewellery. An uncomfortable, disconcerting experience that...

I was very excited when we first arrived in Zagora as it looked like some distant settlement straight out of Star Wars. We visited in the middle of the summer, in scorching temperatures of 40 C + and thankfully the hotel had a nice pool. We were only staying at the hotel for one night as we would be trekking...

unless you are the sort that likes to suffer when travelling dont go here in winter. Its colder inside than out! we ate dinner in the restaurant in our overcoats! the room heater did not work and the food was basic and useless for veggies. scruffy dirty unkempt interior but pool and outside bars would be great in summer. camel/4+4...
