having stayed at sister hotel in Kuching was looking forward to similar, boy what a shock. Staff were indifferent and it certainly felt like we were an inconvenience to them. The room was indescrible, it looked very cheap and nasty, hadn't had a proper clean in ages, couldn't bring myself to use the shower it was that bad, the air... More

“Good value budget hotel, with huge rooms!”

The rooms are so generous, it is more like an old time family resort than a hotel. Quiet, clean room and bathroom, very helpful service with the girls having excellent English. A short taxi ride from town and the restaurant hours are limited. Not luxurious but very good value for money.

“Best service we found in the world - they are all friends now”

Clean, good value, and just the BEST people. We based ourselves there for about a month as we traveled about Borneo and it was simply terrific.
