As others have said, the rooms are basic and not particularly clean. However, the staff, particularly the wildlife rangers, are lovely, the food was different every day and very plentiful and the trips were great value for money.

Stayed her with an Exodus group in Feb 2013. Beautiful chalet accommodation directly overlooking the river. Food was excellent, but because of the small number in the hotel at the time, the choice was a little limited, but that did not spoil anything! Highly recommended

We had booked a deluxe chalet, full-board, with wildlife tours included. The wildlife activities were all excellent. Our accommodation was not only basic but unclean, including stained towels & bed linen. The room was not serviced during our stay and we had to ask for clean towels.
