This lodge is superb! The view from the restaurant will take your breath away. There is a constant stream of animals coming to the waterhole to drink including giraffe, warthogs, buffalo, elephants, various antelopes and there was also a resident hippo when we were there. The views at this lodge are just spectacular. It's like a picture postcard of Mount Killimanjaro with safari rolled into one. The watering holes are so close to the rooms and the restaurant that you can see most of the big 5 up close. Obviously you don't see lions in the day but you see zebras, elephants, buffalos, warthogs, monkeys.... more

this lodge is out of this world it is beautiful. we walked in and were met by the water hole right in front of the restaurant. it is a stunning place. they say serena lodges are the best and we would comlpetely agree this place if gorgeious. the staff are fantastic and the food was gorgeous. i really don't know... more

Furniture and decoration of the room are not in very good standard (but quite good already). However, each room could have an excellent view of a water hole which is built to attract wild animals to drink that is really a fantastic thing for a wildlife lover. Lawn outside the rooms is also a nice one for birdwatching. more
