The imperial Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The pools are impressive.. Services are relatively up to standard. We have a family room with two huge beds for a family of 4. The room are huge and well cleaned. Breakfast is good. Not much food around so do recommend to purchase the breakfast in the hotel. Not much shopping in Vung Tau.. especially if you come from a big city. Best place I do like to shop was Lotte.. and best meal was the Sotong noodles. Must try this green sauce.. super delicious. Vung Tau is quite a distance from HCMC.It is a quiet town. The beach has been cleaned by the hotel. The best is the restaurant by the beach.. and the pool facing the sea. Unfortunately, we have to use the bridge to reach the bridge. It is a small issue as there is a road separating the main hotel to the beach. Just prepare to walk a distance especially if you have kids. stroller are not convenience on the bridge.. as you need to access stairs. You can cross the road with care though. We did enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as there were very few tourists.. we like quietness but yet prefer slight noise.. it is relative safe to travel around.

The hotel is favored by having a swimming pool near the sea and a seafood restaurant. The garden swimming pool area is also quite chill. Pool staff are friendly and provide detailed instructions. Reception staff was nice and kind, friendly

Wonderful hotel as always. I stay there every time I go for meetings in Vung Tau. The whole hotel is stunningly decorate and the rooms are wonderful. Staff are excellent, and Ms Yuri on reception always helps me with any requirements I have for the accommodation or transport. I can not thank her enough for all she does. One of the best hotels I stay in on my many travels. Wi-Fi could be better which might be the only small drawback but it is adequate.

This is a hotel quite close to the beach among all the choices in VT, it has a bridge across the sea with a relatively impressive and classic design with a bit of a ghost, however the equipment seems a bit old. old. But it's still the perfect choice.

Our family has stayed at the hotel many times and often stays in the Residence area. The Family room is very large and comfortable. Mainly for children to swim because there is a very large and comfortable garden pool area. In addition, the accompanying services are very good.

My first time coming to experience the hotel. Terrible service, no welcome water, check-in receptionist named Ha was not friendly. She talked like she didn't understand what we were saying, so when asked, she didn't seem to answer and turned a blind eye. Really disappointed. 5 star hotel is not worth the price

We stayed here for a family Christmas and were pleased. It is a huge hotel and breakfast is very busy but we always found space - usually outside. The rooms are huge and well furnished. The theme is very colonial in a fun and quite excessive way. The bar is quite expensive but there are so many other options a short Grab drive away, that was no problem. Access to the beach club is included great pool and on the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing.

Staff amazing & go out of their way to assist. Cons/Suggestions Curtains do nothing to keep out light - backing should be changed to black out. Beachside bar has the same music on loop every 2 hours & every single day, it is also too loud to be able to read There are environmental signs for towels however they give small bottles of water out - if you want to be environmental put water filters on all floors or in the lobby. A huge amount of food for breakfast - it would be good if left over food given to the poor It was mango season & in 3 star hotels they gave mangos for breakfast but here they didn't so disappointing.
