The reception staff could hardly speak English. Their charges for transfer from airport and to bus station were complete rip off. We were charged more than double for the coach tickets to Chiang Mai. The breakfast was very poor. That hotel should be avoided at all cost.

Another hotel as part of my Explore tour and really only a place to rest my head for the night. From the outside it looks pretty impressive, even in reception it looks pretty good, but it was a bit tired elsewhere.
