Great guesthouse! They made sure to keep the reception open late for me. The room is clean and spacious, the bed, the most comfortable I've encountered in Thailand. The owner is very helpful and patiently answered all questions. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

First of all, the location is at Sukhothai new town, which is about 20 mins tuk-tuk ride from the old town (the historical park).
