It was a VERY depressing place. Oly the lobby looked like it was still being taken care of. The room looked empty, horrible beds (VERY hard), horrible furniture. I just checked out yesterday -this is a really nice, friendly, hotel,with very helpful staff - if you persevere they will even understand your English.Although very busy catering for both large numbers of package tourists and similar numbers of Thai visitors,everything seems to work easily. We stayed in the hotel for two days. Probably the best choice in Phitsanulok. Service is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little bit run down already but clean. The thai restaurant is good. Generally a good value for money! more
