Stayed at the Aleenta for 2 nights and were pleased we hadn't booked more nights. We had booked a pool villa but were advised by text message that there were renovations and they would upgrade us to pool residence. Having previously stayed a couple of times [about 4 years ago] at Aleenta near Hua Hin, we thought we'd try the one near Phuket. The 2 hotels are very different.
