There was no in-room safe, no fan, TV with no satellite. There’s a really big different from their hotel website. The hotel had many problems of the management. There were 3 separated managements. This hotel was a lucky find, literally of a advert on a map that we picked up last year. My family arrived in Koh Yao at the pier on April 16. We had no reservations, but told the taxi driver we had a booking.
