The most run down "resort" ever. The restaurant closed at 5pm, so you cant get anything to eat after that - and as its 10kms from town, its a long walk to get something to eat if you dont have your own vehicle. We had been upgraded!!! and the room was old, in need of renovating, and the outdoor bathroom...

I expected the hotel to be located in Pai itself, but it was located about 10 kilometers outside of town.
To us that was important, but was also the only negative about the hotel. Very nice bungalows, friendly service and willing to do something extra.
Would go there again, in spite of the distance to Pai.

The resort is relatively new but the service, view, food and all aminities were fantastic. It's a short trip into Pai town/village with ample bars and restaurants to choose from. I'll be travelling again to Pai soon and I can say with no doubt that I'll be staying in Bura Lumpai Resort again :-) Happy days!!!

Well, Yes it is a beautiful Place of well maintained gardens and water features, this hotel/resort is situated on the banks of the river Pai on the foothills of the surrounding mountains, the Villas themselves are set around a small fishing lake with a nice size swimming pool.. The restaurant ' Pai Sapan' and coffee shop 'Coffee Tea Sapan' set...
