horrible rooms (tried 4) cheeky staff (asked me for 100 baht for taking a small case upstairs after I gave him 20). Mosquitoes in the room - dirty place all round. I paid through Agoda and lost 850 baht rather than stay there - a dump.

I booked this on Agoda looking at glossy photos. I was highly dissapointed on the pathetic condition of grand old hotel. Rooms/bath were in pathetic condition and very basic. I was put off by near break down condition of the place. Staff are very helpful and that was only good part of the deal. This hotel is cheaply priced but...

I don’t know where to start!
Stayed for 1 night (1 too many!) in August and chose the hotel from the information provided on the hotels’ website which coins phrases such as
‘‘The 1st luxury hotel in Lampang…’’
‘‘Feels like staying in your own home’’ and

We stayed here one night with 4 rooms, the beds are good but the rooms surely have to be improved, using the bathrooms needs a good mental condition.

i have stayed in hundreds upon hundreds of hotels in my life. this had to be the worst of all. no joke.
dirty dirty rooms. ancient toilets and bathroom fixtures. broken things. ripped and worn furniture (see pictures attached). it is also downright dangerous to stay at this hotel- the key to one room will open all the rooms on...

This was a truly awful hotel. They've put all the money into the reception area, and nothing into refurbishment of the bedrooms. The first room we were given (having booked a standard room) had a bathroom that was actually dirty. After negotiating with the receptionist, we got a "superior" room for the same price, but without breakfast. Hard to see...
