We arranged for the hotel to pick us up from the pier prior to arriving. The man who picked us up was waiting next to the pier with a board with our name on it, it was easy to spot. It took about 10 mins to get to the resort at the north end of Sairee Beach and got dropped... More

Reading other reviews I think there's an element of luck in making a stay more memorable than another. For example my girlfriend and I spent some great days in this resort. We were given a brand new bungalow, 30 seconds away from the beach, and it was clean, big, comfortable and very modern. We loved the food at Palm Leaf... More

The beach had very rough sand which made it hard to walk and there are spiky sea urchins so wear water shoes and be careful where you step. The water is crazy warm if not hot, so the lack of a pool at this resort is quite apparent. The basic bungalows were quite small and the bathroom even smaller. You... More

Nice and friendly people, perfect pad thai, excellent snorkelling! The hotel is far from the noisy of the main Sairee Beach center. The beach is better there and there are many many coloured fishs and corals at the rocks.

Great location at the North end of the beach. There is much less boat traffic (noise) compared to down the beach. The beds are firm, like most of Thailand. Quite with a short walk down the beach to town. Our deluxe villa was clean and big enough for three of us. The A/C was cold and the shower was hot... More

We had a great time in the Palm Leaf Resort. The price for our bungalow was slightly higher than what we wished for but reading the other reviews we got a great deal (I believe we paid 1200 bht/night), probably because there was a construction going on behind our place. Our bungalow was clean and cozy. The resort is right... More

We stayed in a bungalow with a bit of a beach view. It seemed very overpriced for the facilities and services provided. We did like being on the end of the beach with more of a beach/sand area and less traffic. Front desk staff wasn't very helpful and an average breakfast. All in all, it was fine, just underwhelming.

The location is very good in sairee beach. bungalow about 20m2 with wonderful balcony and view. Restaurant is ok (nothing special but ok). The room service and property are not nice for the price we payed (3500 bath/night).

Its hard not to fall in love with the location and staff at the Palm Leaf Resort. Upon arriving at the ferry dock we were greeted by staff from the resort, taxi to and from the landing. The resort is pretty compact area with great beach frontage at the end of Sairee Beach. This location is ideal as this is... More

Relatively expensive, but we had very pleasant stay here. We recommend Deluxe Villa (list price 3.500 baht) for your stay. Given the place is on far north part of Sairee Beach, it's not so crowded, but requires 10 minutes walk if you want to get to diving center or most restaurants. Breakfast is unfortunately small and not that delicious. We... More
