Stayed here for about 10 nights as it was cheap and close to where were doing our scuba diving courses. Bungalow was clean and simple, fan and cold water with bucket flush toilet. 3 adults in the triple bungalow was cosy but adequate. Not hard to get transport over to the main beach if you want to check that out... More

Alright so Save Bungalows was my first place to stay at in koh tao and they just DONT offer good the room you would expect from the price. Cheapest rooms are 500BHT a night and there are so many cheaper or better places to stay nearby. The rooms have a Fan and cold water, thats all. Rooms were clean but... More

We stayed as a couple for 5 nights in one of the bungalows, with a.c. for £14 a night. We did not book before hand. It is in a good location about one hundred yards from the beach.,and small town. The rooms are basic but fine, with double bed,t.v and fridge. BUt nothing to complain about. There were a few ants in... More

These bungalows are located at the southern end of the town and the main beach is about 10 minutes walking. The accomodation is good, clean with a nice bathroom. The bungalows have a porch with a small table and chairs. Staff was very friendly. For Koh Tao, very good price for a very good place to stay,..

We got this room as part of a package but left after one night. When a room is cheap it doesn't have to be disgusting. Yea these rooms are very cheap but simple things can be done to make a cheap room nice. For starters clean sheets. Ours stank. When we asked for clean ones the owner looked at us... More

I have been coming to Koh Tao for about the last 7 years and stayed at Save Bungalows 5 times now. Travelling alone my needs are minimal but I can recommend room 14 or 15. They are above the restaurant area but this closes early so no disturbance at night. If you like a lay in don't stay in these... More

We booked online to stay here for 2 nights in August in one of the wooden bungalows. On arrival we decided that we could not actually stay and moved to a nearby dive resort therefore we can only judge on our first impressions. The wooden bungalow we were assigned (No.4 I think) had large holes/cracks in the floor meaning that... More
