Disappointing really that one of the better locations on the island of Ko Tao, is occupied by such a lax team in a poorly maintained hotel. The staff we're very unhelpful and occassional rude. We we're supposed to check in at 2pm but room weren't ready until 530pm. Rooms had no safe nor fridge, showers were cold and bathroom unclean!! Overall didn't enjoy my stay!
