I stayed here with my wife for one night in Mid February. We arrrived in Koh Phi Phi without any hotel reservation and the hotels I had on my pre prepared list were all fully booked. At the pier there are a few 'agents' helping the comers to find suitable accomodation. As in other islands they have photo's of the... More

My partner and I spent 3 nights in January 2012 here and we're disappointed. Our room was the furthest from reception and restaurant. It was quite a mission to get to and from our room on narrow paths and steep windy roads. On the first night my partner found a worm in his tuna salad and the next day I... More

I wasn't expecting 5 star but gee if I really wanted a trekking holiday, with no electricity and cold water I would be out in the mountains in new zealand some where. Our welcome to our room was poor, the staff didn't even bother checking if the lighting and airconditioning worked, only to realise once he left and trying to... More

We have just returned from our trip to Thailand a few days ago, where we stayed 5 nights at the Arayaburi Resort on Phi Phi Island. We were very disappointed with the hotel to say the least, because we had paid the most for this one out of all the other places (which were much, much better). Firstly, it was... More

This place had good and bad points. First off, its right on the beach which is really nice but all the villas are scattered up on the mountain so its really a trek to leave your room and go into the main "town" of phi phi. I'm talking a 20 minute walk. They don't shuttle you up and down which... More

My boyfriend (now husband) and I stayed at Arayaburi Resort, Phi Phi Island in December 2009 for 3 nights. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, so I don’t know what all the complaints are about. Its not a 5 star main stream resort, so if that’s what you are looking for stay elsewhere. The villas are quite basic, but... More

Third time to Thailand, all hotels have been fantastic until this place! Arayburi does not exist it's is bay view resort! Upon arrival We climbed out the long tail boat no signs for aryaburi only bay view, very little English the gentleman spoke, as he could not handle us speaking the boss appeared shouting that we hadn't paid! Incorrect as... More

My husband and I stayed at Arayaburi Resort in May 2011. At first, when the tuk-tuk drove us to our villa upon arrival, we thought "What did we get ourselves into?" The villa was high up a steep hillside, and it seemed too far to even walk to the reception area on the beach. But when we stepped inside the... More

We stayed at Arayaburi over new years eve 2009 and overall found it quite fine. After reading mixed reviews I was bit worried, but the location, room and bathroom was very nice, great views, and it felt like you had your own private beach! You could even see the water from the toilet and bathroom! Yes Arayaburi is together with... More
