Stayed here a while ago when I went to get my PADI on Ko Phangan. I booked the hotel based on the professional pictures....As stated in many other reviews, those pictures look nothing like the real deal! The hotel might be cheap if booked early (especially during off-season) but the hotel is absolutely horrendous. The staff's English is poor to... More

We've booked this Hotel from Agoda website for 3 days... the pictures seemed good, but the hotel is very old, the beach is beautiful, but the location of the hotel on the beach is not that good (at the very end). The management of the hotel is really bad... music is too loud (heavy metal at 8AM!!!), no flexibility at... More

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights in December 2011, booked following recommendations from a friend. We had a double air conditioned room, that was nice, large and very clean! Breakfast is not great all we wanted was fresh fruits instead of the thai interpretation of american, continental breakfast. The swimming pool is Ok, not very big. Overall I would... More

We didn't stay in the resort but came over to spend a day with Chef Tummy doing a Thai cooking class. We had a truly fantastic time! It was a small group, just my husband and myself with Chef Tummy. We had a interesting overview of the different regional styles of Thai cooking, Chef Tummy (who is Canandian?) spent a... More

The whole area over charge for everyting here, taxis are extortionate compared to the mainland and they have even started to charge for wifi which is cheeky! Food at the hotel isn't great but the facilities are fab and we booked a fan only room for 500 baat online, yes it didn't have tiles which was commented on a review... More

Our stay at the Haadlad Prestige started off on the wrong foot when they did not pick us up at the ferry dock as their website states, despite the fact that we called to confirm our arrival the day before. For the rest of our stay it seemed the staff was set on making every activity more difficult and unpleasant... More
