I have never left a reveiw before for any accomodation but this time I feel I have to because of the very bad service we received. The rooms were below average for the price we paid, during our trip to Thailand we were given much better accomodation for less. But the thing I would like to complain about is the... More

Another one from our big Thailand holiday in March. I'd say this hotel is well worth the money but the service isn't very good. There's a relaxing bar and chill-out zone. Tip - order your food before you're hungry. It was great to have a totally clean , airconditioned bungalow on the beach for a nice price. The beach here... More

Hard to find when your looking for it. just a little sign seems to be the thing there. Then you have to drive down a jungle road to get at resort. Nice bungalows, spacious, clean good water pressure. Only thing we didnt like was the little skinny guy at the restaurant. CHEAP! Try and get a cup of coffee was... More

During my stay there i was greeted once by the catering staff, the breakfast consisted of white toast, tar coffee and hard cold scrambled eggs...they had to be reminded of the fruit..as for the bunglow fan..it was very basic, nothing like the pictures on the internet and if you did not put a sign out the room was not cleaned..my... We stayed in the fan bungalow for 5 nights, One night was bad enough, we were woken up by a scathing. scattering, chomping and squealing, sounds, it was a scene from the horror movie it seemed to be coming from the roof,, we complained at reception they made the right sounds but did nothing....couldnt wait to get out of there,... I stayed here in a A/C room and it was great and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the them speaks really good English. The food was delicious! I would recommend this to anyone coming to Koh Lanta.

Service was great, has pool and nice surrounding area. Food there is ok, right on beach which is great. I think there are old bungalows and new ones. New ones look lovely from the outside. Think we got an old one. Really run down, leaking toilet, spiders and centipedes running riot all over the room. It was cheap enough accommodation... More

It didn't start well as we were supposed to get picked up at the ferry, but that didn't happen. The girl at the desk was nice and got us checked in right away. Our room was advertised as a suite with full amenities. We were shown to a cinder block cave that looked as if it was still under construction... More

The 3rd room tried had everything working. Stayed here for three nights in Nov 2011 for 600 Baht per night. Rooms are stand alone bungalows set in sandy gardens by the beach. They have cable TV and cold water. I suspect the handbasin water was sea water, it sure tasted salty. There is a pool and a restaurant on raised... More
