When staying at this hotel we had traveller cheque taken (£900). There was no forced entry in to our room. So who ever took them has access to keys. Stayed in for 4 nights in January and really loved it. Had a garden deluxe bungalow which was lovely and they gave us a nice discount too. Lovely well presented staff, lovely food. Previous review provides a good summary of the resort. Unfriendly staff, something unique to our experience in Koh Lanta! Rooms are very basic and not very well kept, in need of a complete overhaul. Much better value can be found elsewhere. This resort was our only blemish on our 3 week stay in Thailand.
