Group of friends stayed here for a de-stress weekend. The hotel is nice but nothing great to write home and I feel is expensive for its service. My brief experience: Although, the booking was from 12pm, we had to wait for a room to be available at 2pm! We were, in fact, asked to keep the luggage in the reception (skip freshening up) and rush for the restaurant since it will close soon!! Can't you expect them some more flexibility- since the problem was with their planning?... more

A big hotel for groups hollidays...nice looking outside, but that's all. Rooms and furnitures are old and don't smell so nice...bathroom are not so clean. food is the worst expérience in south india. Service and reception need to learn how to stand an hotel... more

We were wanting a hotel near Mamallapuram but they all seemed fully booked, then the travel agent reccommended the MGM.
