We are stayed in hotel apple valley for two days.this two days we are getting good service from the hotel peoples.food taste is very good.staff was excellent.in service department Mr.mani is very good.over all we got good experience in hotel apple valley.

Room was good, Running Hot water. Restaurant was absolute crap. We ordered light dinner but received it after 40 mins which tasted so bad that we could not even bother finishing it. Break fast next day was even worse. On top of that they asked me for review and i have the worst of vocabulary....very bad customer service and food.

It was a peaceful experience at hotel. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was complementary with ok type taste. Room service was good. Enjoyed terrace particularly with good valley view. Hotel is near from lake and coaker's walk, so we went walking there and enjoyed the trip. We enjoyed our stay for 3 days at Apple Valley.

Nice three star hotel with excellent hospitality. Tariff is also light for wallet with not a single compromise. Location is also good. ATM at enterance.Clealiness everywhere. Thanks Mr.Rasheed & Mr.Mathews. Whole staff is co-operative.
