We stayed there in May 2013. I would give 2 out of 5 stars. Rooms were ok. The biggest drawback is location which was not good. Food was nice. No problem if going with friends but if you are going with family choose a better one.

Location and view from the room was not at all good.They gave room near to reception &so much of noise,disturbance. We took dinner from hotel &i got vomit. Oil used was not good and grams were not fully boiled. Otherwise hotel was too clean.

The restaurant is good but little far away from bus stand. Other things like accommodation and food was good. The room was neat and was cleaned up regularly but food timings was not flexible. In spite of fixed timing for food, the food was exhalent.

I stayed at Spring valley for a night with family where I found full satisfaction in every kind of comfort .Hotel provided me hot and cold water and delicious food as required by me at a very reasonable rate with affordable teriff.

Hotel is very neat & clean. Hotel Food is avarege. only drawback is hot water available only between 6am to 11am. WI-FI connection available. bus stand to hotel is around 3kms. After 1km walk from the hotel we found very good restarent.
