We had throughout our journeys stayed in many wonderful places and had remembered this hotel as a good experience. Facade OK, rooms - my worst nightmare. Smelt of disinfectant, bathroom absolutely dire. No hot water despite 2 coachloads of guests arriving at 4:30pm, turned water heater on when guests started complaining and took 1 1/2 hrs to heat up. I just wanted to warn guests about the managment of this place. When we were staying there, they wanted to impose an extra tax on the (unpersonal but large) room, which was before excluded. more
