Staff is professional and efficient, bathroom was very clean but sofa upholstery of room no 401 where I was staying needs urgent cleaning. I am familiar with Best western from back home so this was the obvious choice for a hectic city like Amritsar. Overall good hotel, good food, simple service - what you expect from a best western really. Go for it. and yes, the golden temple is MIND BLOWING

stayed for 3 nites in December 2011. Bit rough around the edges but a good stay at this place. Rooms are a bit jaded but for the price it was fine. quiet rooms, ac ok. room service a bit hit and miss. breakfast buffet was average. on the whole pleased with the stay.
