I have no bad words for anyone...but what i perceive is you could find out other hotels too in Amritsar.,,,Amritsar is full of "N" no. of hotels near Golden temple...They have very poor service..Whatever you will demand they will bring it on to you after 25- 30minutes with no apologies at all...Even there AC was not working..

I have been to Amritsar in Feb 2011 and stayed at Hotel Le Golden. The hotel has a best location for the tourists to Golden Temple n Jallianwala Bagh.
