The room ac, fridge, safe was not working. Room had mosquitos. Staff did not know what to do. And we were in a deLuxe room. The room was tiny and claustrophobic. Rather shut this hotel down and re vamp it than have guests pay and suffer after a long journey......

The hotel definitely needs improvement in terms cleanliness and food quality. If these things are worked on...the hotel has the potential to get better!

nice and clean rooms with good facilities but restaurant is very small and taking breakfast or dinner is a bit of pain.reaching the hotel is bit of a problem as the nearby roads are dug up .Should also have a pure veg restaurant as the smell of non-veg was just too much to withstand .

I would give good marks to this place. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The ambience is good, the rooms are good and functional. The food is good too! On the flip side however, yes the power supply is a problem and there is a time gap before the power backup is restored.

Date: 30 & 31 May 2011 We booked this hotel for a two day stay in Nashik mainly based on its #1 rating on TripAdvisor. And it is a nice place to stay Though New set up, but very good ambience and service... so when ever in Nashik will stay in the same hotel.
