Average location, nice rooms, small toilets, great service but find it a bit expensive. My expectations from that hotel were far higher in terms of view & location. Breakfast was good, service was nice. had a good time. Left with good memories instead of heartwarming memories.

One of my memorable holidays. Situated just at the side of the river this resort would offer you clean and luxurious room with beautiful view. Stayed in Munnar with family in December end. We had a nice experience in Westwood. Stay was excellent. Nice ambiance. Good Location and help full staffs. We had a great time with their Fun N wood activity center. Will definitely visit the place again

The rooms were unclean, there were no towels provided and after 5 requests, we were supplied some dingy towels at 11 pm, 8 hours after our arrival!
