This hotel is nothing short of daylight robbery. The hotel is overly priced. Does not have AC fan or hot water. The receptionist is rude. The rooms are filty and smelly. Please do not waste your money on this crappy hotel. You can find better hotels and home stays.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in especially given the price. The rooms smelled musty and on closer look had mold everywhere. The old property but nicely maintained with good n co-operative staff. Rooms were clean with all amenities. Hotel got nice n properly maintained garden with games for kids. Morning Buffet breakfast was good in silent n good restaurant. Centrally located in munnar, any time you can go to market for round. Overall worth of our money.

the room did not have proper hand flush.... the room service is sleepy... hot water does not come for 24 hours... morning breakfast is pathetic.... overall not worth a stay!! we understand that there are better properties to be explored in munnar... only thing is - it is located close to kathakalli shows in the evening :)
