I found Grand Plaza to be a no frill and simple hotel which is very neat and tidy. Nothing luxurious but a great standard of service been the best thing I have noticed. Really awesome food too....would stay again if I ever come back to Munnar.....

Grand Plaza have an excellent spa where we had a great massage...the doctor and the masseur were so professional and we really enjoyed the kerala massage during our 3days stay in Munnar...really recommendable...
