Old hotel, mostly innocent nepali staff , poor house keeping, no hot water on regular basis,poor quality mattress on bed. Poor response to complaints. Nil effort to improve.Kabana rooms without fresh air. Stay only if non-veg food is must for you. Better stay in Ilark across the street and walk in for non-veg food whenever required.
