We were group of 4 friends visited this hotel in the month of march. Had god duncan place. Food was wonderful . Location of the hotel is perfect, near to all beaches. Service is nice, they would help you out with anything they need. next visit to goa would definitely prefer this place

It could be a very nice place where to stay, but everything is dirty. All these people around have no idea how to keep thing a bit clean. Bathroom was dirty, room carpet was dirty, towel, bedsheets...and it could really be an amazing place. And Rs 2000 per night is not even really cheap...breakfast also with only 2 Indian items.... Not terrible, not great. Bit out of town but the walk in was nice. Staff's English was terrible and this made communication difficult. There might be better options in town but for a night it was just fine and just about complemented the beautiful and quaint town of panjim.
