the first room we tried stank so we asked to move but the next room was just as bad--the windows were filthy and the furniture shabby and falling apart and the bed was like sleeping on a board..the noise from the road was incessant so we had little sleep. we were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after one.

The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Panjim, Its quiet place, very comfortable, well maintained. The staff are curteous, all systems in the room working, Linen provided clean. On the whole pleasant hotel at such a reasonable price in central location.

Stayed 2 weeks, not satisfied. Hotel seemed almost empty apart from me. Room was fairly empty, walls were marked and needed repainting, Mattress meagre (10cm thick) and flattened from age, bed sheets were coarse, smelled of rotting.
