Only negative point I can think of is the fact there is no privacy between the balconies. If you want to enjoy the lake view on your balcony, you cannot avoid having contact with your neighbours. A modern hotel in front of the lake (you can see your children swimming from your balcony), where everything works and the staff is helpful. Parking in front. Busy restaurant downstairs offereing quite a large choice of dishes. 10 minutes walk from the old town. Just fine.
